Its shares (VOYG) fell by 60% afterwards. - Word on the Street says Goldman Sachs is preparing to acquire Celsius’ assets in case of bankruptcy. A few days earlier, Celsius had hired restructuring attorneys and more advisers to prepare for the scenario.
