- 13:02Real estate tokenization company Propy launches AI Custodian and appoints former U.S. Treasury Assistant Secretary to Advisory BoardForesight News reported that real estate tokenization company Propy announced a $100 million expansion and launched Agent Avery, an AI-powered escrow agent for real estate transactions. The company is acquiring title companies through a hybrid financing scheme that integrates private credit and blockchain-based DeFi loans. In addition, Propy will appoint Chris Campbell (former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury) and Mike Jones (Science Inc.) to its advisory board, and will work with Michael S. Piwowar (former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Commissioner) and Michael Casey (former Chief Content Officer at CoinDesk) to guide Propy's regulatory and capital structure.

Ledger's hardware wallets will now be renamed Ledger Signer. The Nano Gen5 is equipped with Bluetooth and NFC connectivity, an e-ink touchscreen, as well as features such as clear signing, transaction review, and the Ledger Recovery Key (a physical "backup key" that can be tapped to recover a crypto wallet when needed). Tony Fadell, inventor of the iPod and a member of Ledger's board, collaborated with designer Susan Kare to create personalized icons for the device. The Nano Gen5 is now available for sale at a price of $179. Ledger has also launched the newly renamed Ledger Wallet application (formerly Ledger Live). The team stated that the app is designed to be "an intuitive control center for your digital value." In addition to buying, selling, trading, and swapping services, it also supports direct connections to decentralized applications such as 1inch, and integrates Noah's "cash-to-stablecoin" feature, allowing users to convert fiat currency to USDC without incurring additional fees.
