- 08:32Evernorth Holdings holds 389 million XRP, approaching 95% of its targetOn October 27, according to data disclosed by Cryptoquant, Evernorth Holdings has accumulated a total of 388,710,606.03 XRP (approximately $994 million), becoming one of the major institutional investors in XRP. The company, supported by Ripple, plans to go public through a SPAC merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II (NASDAQ: AACI), aiming to raise over $1 billion to expand its XRP reserves. Currently, Evernorth has invested $947 million to build its reserves, achieving about $46 million in unrealized gains within just four days. The average purchase price of its XRP holdings is around $2.44.
- 08:16Bolvin Wealth Management Group: The Federal Reserve Needs to Cut Rates Faster to Lower U.S. Treasury YieldsAccording to ChainCatcher, citing Golden Ten Data, Gina Bolvin, President of Bolvin Wealth Management Group, expects the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates by 25 basis points this week and in December. She stated that for long-term US Treasury yields to decline significantly, there must be clear evidence that the Fed's interest rates are heading toward the 2% level. Bolvin pointed out that the biggest risk facing the market right now is that if employment remains resilient, policies supporting economic growth could put pressure on inflation, and the Fed may not need to cut rates as much as the market expects, requiring a repricing in the bond market.

However, entering 2026, the sustainability of the rate-cutting cycle will be questioned. The market expects the Fed to cut rates about three times in 2026, bringing the federal funds rate down to around 3%.
