Limitless has successfully closed a $10 million seed funding round, with the LMTS token issuance upcoming.
Limitless Exchange is a prediction market platform based on the Base Chain, aiming to make cryptocurrency and stock trading more streamlined and efficient.
October 20, 2025, New York. Less than a year after its establishment, the fastest-growing prediction market platform, Limitless Exchange, announced the completion of a "$10 Million Seed Round Funding".
This round was led by 1confirmation, with participation from Collider, F-Prime, Digital Currency Group (DCG), Coinbase Ventures, Node Capital, and Arrington Capital. Previously, Flyer One Ventures and SID Venture Partners had joined in a strategic round.
The completion of this funding round comes as Limitless's cumulative trading volume on the Base chain surpasses "$500 Million," making it the largest prediction market platform in the ecosystem.

Market Breakout: Accelerating from "Niche Product" to Mainstream Trading Tool
Limitless's growth trajectory highlights the strength of its market model and usability. In the third quarter of 2025, Limitless's growth rate significantly accelerated. Official data shows that the platform's trading volume grew 25 times from August to September. By mid-October, the nominal trading volume had exceeded $100 Million, surpassing the total volume of the previous month in just half a month.
In September, Limitless held a token sale event through the Kaito Launchpad. Originally planning to raise $1 Million, the sale attracted over $200 Million in subscription applications, setting a record for fundraising in the Base ecosystem. This oversubscription is seen as the market's strong interest in the emerging asset class of prediction markets and as a prelude to the upcoming LMTS token generation event.
In just a few months, Limitless expanded from the crypto-native community to mainstream investors. Its simplified model of "no clearing, instant settlement, and minute-level trading" is turning the prediction market into a new type of derivative entrance in the crypto world.
From "Trading Game" to "Derivatives Market"
Limitless's core logic is to make the prediction market the simplest form of trading. Users can enter the 30-minute or 60-minute market within a minute, with instant settlement, no liquidation, and no hidden fees.
This "speed + simplicity" combination allows the platform to attract both entry-level users and provide short-term leverage and profit opportunities for professional traders.
The new round of funding will be mainly used to accelerate product iteration: Limitless plans to launch the "15-minute, 10-minute, and even 1-minute market," further compressing the trading cycle; expand the user growth plan; and explore licensing applications in key jurisdictions to ensure long-term compliance development.
"Limitless is in a unique position at the intersection of finance and the prediction market," said a participating institutional investor. "It is not just a trading product but could also become a new entry point for crypto derivatives."
Limitless Labs CEO CJ Hetherington said: "We are very grateful for the continued support of early investors, many of whom are doubling down—some even tripling their investment. At the same time, we are delighted to welcome more industry heavyweights to our shareholder roster before the LMTS token issuance, including F-Prime, DCG, and Arrington Capital. Most excitingly, our investors and early users have recognized that Limitless is the world's simplest high-leverage trading entry point. The prediction market is moving towards the mainstream and evolving into a new multi-trillion-dollar derivative category. The future belongs to Limitless."
