According to BlockBeats, on December 17, on-chain data shows that the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund holds 37.114 million HYPE, equivalent to approximately $1.02 billion. This accounts for about 13.7% of the current circulating supply.
The total supply of HYPE is 1 billion tokens. The current market capitalization of HYPE has reached $7.406 billion, with an FDV of $27.35 billion.
Previous reports indicated that the Hyper Foundation posted on social media, proposing a validator vote to officially recognize that the HYPE held by the Assistance Fund has been burned and to permanently remove these tokens from both the circulating and total supply.
