· Total losses in November: $7.77 million | Number of victims: 6,344
· Compared to October: Losses increased by 137% | Number of victims decreased by 42%
Compared to October, the amount of losses in November surged, while the number of victims decreased. Whale hunting intensified, with the largest single loss reaching $1.22 million (permit signature attack). Although the number of attacks decreased, the loss per victim increased significantly.
