Polish President vetoes Crypto-Asset Markets Law, citing its length exceeding EU MiCA regulations.

Polish President Karol Nawrocki has vetoed the proposal of the Crypto-Asset Market Act aimed at introducing strict regulations for the country's crypto industry. The presidential office issued a statement on Monday confirming that he will not sign the bill. President Karol Nawrocki rejected the bill on the grounds that it "truly threatens the freedom, property, and national stability of the Polish people," and pointed out that the length of the bill (over 100 pages) far exceeds the requirements of the EU's MiCA regulation.
