ViaBTC donates 3 million HKD to support Tai Po Hong Fuk Estate fire rescue and community reconstruction
ChainCatcher reported that ViaBTC has announced a donation of 3 million Hong Kong dollars to the relevant departments of the Hong Kong SAR government to support the rescue and community reconstruction efforts following the fire at Hong Fu Court in Tai Po, helping affected residents resume normal life as soon as possible.
ViaBTC founder and CEO Yang Haipo stated: "This disaster is deeply distressing. ViaBTC extends its deepest condolences to the victims and pays the highest respect to the firefighters and rescue personnel who are fighting on the front lines and fully engaged in rescue efforts." He emphasized that ViaBTC will continue to monitor the progress of the disaster relief and is willing to cooperate with all parties to do its utmost to support the affected citizens in overcoming difficulties and rebuilding their homes as soon as possible.
