EtherFi CEO responds to concerns over "EtherFi card being fraudulently charged": Investigation underway, defrauded users will receive refunds
BlockBeats News, on November 1, a community user raised concerns on X regarding "potential upstream and downstream issues with EtherFi, as a card that had never been used for any purchases or pre-authorizations was fraudulently charged."
EtherFi CEO Mike Silagadze responded, stating, "We are investigating the matter and communicating with our credit card partners. All users who have experienced fraudulent transactions will be refunded."
