Barclays: The Fed's policy meeting may reveal policy divergences
Jinse Finance reported that Barclays expects the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates by 25 basis points this week, but there may be internal disagreements among policymakers. Board member Milan may advocate for a larger rate cut, while some other officials may prefer to maintain the current rate level. In addition, Barclays also expects the Federal Reserve to signal a policy move to end its balance sheet reduction plan by December.
