According to ChainCatcher, Onchain Lens monitoring shows that a whale address, which had been dormant for 11 months, recently withdrew 15,115,000 DOGE from an exchange, worth approximately $2.95 million.
This address also sold 7,473 DOGE for 150 USDT, and currently holds about 15,190,000 DOGE, with a total value of approximately $12.96 million at the current price.
