Jinse Finance reported that Amazon Web Services (AWS) has identified a potential root cause for the DynamoDB API error rate in the US East 1 region. Global services or functions that rely on the US East 1 endpoint, such as IAM updates and DynamoDB Global Tables, may also be experiencing issues. The problem appears to be related to DNS resolution for the DynamoDB API endpoint in the US East 1 region.
