Blockstream: Beware of phishing email attacks related to Jade firmware updates
ChainCatcher reported that Blockstream, a provider of crypto infrastructure and hardware wallets, posted on X that there has been a phishing attack targeting Jade hardware wallet users via email, aiming to steal cryptocurrencies and sensitive user information. Blockstream reminded users that the company will not send firmware files via email, and disclosed that so far, no data breaches have been detected.
