Hong Kong-listed company Inmyshow invests HKD 300 million to subscribe for shares in Guofu Quantum
According to ChainCatcher, as announced by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong-listed company Inmyshow has announced an investment of HKD 300 million to subscribe for shares of Guofu Quantum at a discount, aiming to promote the construction of the Web3 ecosystem. It is reported that both parties have entered into a subscription agreement, under which Guofu Quantum has conditionally agreed to issue a total of approximately 169 million subscription shares to the company at a subscription price of HKD 1.78 per share. Upon completion of the transaction, both parties will cooperate with the Hong Kong government to promote policies for the development of the digital economy and make strategic investments in the fintech sector.
