Verb Technology to be renamed TON Strategy and change stock ticker on September 2
Foresight News reported that Nasdaq-listed TON treasury company Verb Technology will change its name to TON Strategy Company on September 2, and will also change its Nasdaq stock ticker from VERB to TONX. In addition, the company will launch a new corporate website in conjunction with the name change.
According to previous Foresight News reports, Verb Technology disclosed that its total assets have exceeded $780 millions, including $713 millions worth of TON and $67 millions in cash.
