An ETH ICO participant deposits 4,460 ETH worth $19.85 million into an exchange again

According to a report by Jinse Finance, on-chain analyst OnchainLens (@OnchainLens) has monitored that an ETH ICO participant has once again deposited 4,460 ETH, worth $19.85 million, into an exchange. Overall, in the past seven days, this participant has deposited a total of 9,803 ETH, valued at $43.88 million.
