Trump Administration Considers 11 Candidates to Replace Federal Reserve Chair Powell
According to ChainCatcher, citing Jinshi News, the Trump administration is considering 11 candidates to succeed Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, whose term will expire in May this year.
The list of candidates includes three individuals who have not been publicly nominated before: Jefferies Chief Market Strategist David Zervos, former Federal Reserve Governor Larry Lindsey, and BlackRock Global Fixed Income Chief Investment Officer Rick Rieder.
