Robert Leshner Announces Withdrawal from LQR Company Control Battle
According to Jinse Finance, Compound founder Robert Leshner announced that he is giving up the fight for control of LQR, stating that the company's continued issuance of new shares has diluted shareholder equity, resulting in his holdings no longer providing effective control. Leshner said he will not initiate a proxy or legal battle and instead plans to recommend community experts to LQR to help them establish a cryptocurrency treasury. He emphasized that this situation highlights the lack of transparency in traditional markets when it comes to tracking shares, and believes this is precisely the problem that cryptocurrency technology can address.
