"Insider Whale" Liquidated Again, Two Short Positions Result in $25.84 Million Loss, Wiping Out All Profits
Odaily Planet Daily reported that, according to on-chain analyst Ember (@EmberCN), the "insider whale" @qwatio had all of their PUMP short positions liquidated at 1:30 AM (UTC+8) today. The whale invested $10.01 million in this short, but was left with only about $450,000, resulting in a single loss of $9.56 million.
Statistics show that their previous round of shorting resulted in a loss of $16.27 million. With two consecutive liquidations, the total loss has reached $25.84 million, nearly wiping out all of the previously accumulated $26 million in profits.
