European Fund Company APS Acquires $3.4 Million in Tokenized Real Estate Assets

The European fund company APS, which manages $13.7 billion in assets, has purchased $3.4 million in tokenized real estate assets through the Meta Wealth platform, involving two residential properties in Italy. This marks the first direct purchase of tokenized assets available for retail by an institution. Currently, Meta Wealth has tokenized over $50 million in European real estate, with users spanning 23 countries. (Cointelegraph)
