According to a report by Jinse Finance, the U.S. Court of International Trade ruled on Wednesday that the decision to halt Trump's tariffs can be appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., and ultimately to the U.S. Supreme Court. Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield stated that Trump's tariffs are illegal, reckless, and have caused devastating damage to the economy, with his office leading the states' lawsuit. Rayfield said in a statement: "This ruling reaffirms that U.S. law is important, and trade decisions cannot be made on a presidential whim." The White House has yet to respond. The Trump administration can now appeal the decision to the federal court. (Jin10)
