Trump Praises EU for Accelerating Trade Talks with the US

U.S. President Trump expressed encouragement over the acceleration of trade negotiations with the EU. "I have just learned that the EU has proposed to set a meeting time as soon as possible. This is a positive signal, and I hope they will open European markets to the United States," Trump stated on social media on Tuesday.
