OpenAI announced a new AI development plan on its official website—OpenAI for Countries. On January 21st, Trump announced at the White House the "Stargate project," a $500 billion investment by OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle, and others. Now, OpenAI aims to establish similar projects in every country worldwide, collaborating with them to develop AI infrastructure and providing a customized version of ChatGPT to improve fields such as healthcare, education, and law. OpenAI stated that in advancing the "OpenAI for Countries" plan, its goal is to initiate 10 projects with various countries or regions in the first phase and further expand from there.
