SlowMist Founder: Matter Labs Directly Intervened to Restrict Transfer of 70% of Stolen Funds in ZKsync Theft Case
SlowMist founder Yu Jian stated that the stolen funds from ZKsync have all been returned. However, there is one detail in the case: Matter Labs, as the maintainer of the sole sequencer for ZKSync, directly intervened with the hacker's address, successfully restricting the transfer of 70% of the stolen funds. The project team claims this action was taken because the tokens involved protocol governance.
