The Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced the acquisition of an additional 319 bitcoins
On April 14, PANews reported that Japanese listed company Metaplanet Inc. announced the acquisition of an additional 319 bitcoins. Its CEO Simon Gerovich added that Metaplanet purchased the 319 bitcoins at a price of approximately $82,549 per bitcoin, with a total value of about $26.3 million, achieving an annualized Bitcoin yield (BTC Yield) of 108.3% as of the current date in 2025.
As of April 14, 2025, the company holds a total of 4,525 bitcoins (BTC), which were acquired at an average price of approximately $85,366 per bitcoin, with a total value of around $386.3 million.
