According to Golden Finance report, as monitored by OnchainLens, a "whale" deposited 427.79 million PENGU worth $2.48 million into CEX, resulting in a loss of $2.55 million. Two months ago, this "whale" withdrew 441.83 million PENGU valued at $5.22 million from CEX. Subsequently, the "whale" deposited another 14.03 million PENGU (worth $183 thousand) back into CEX.
