According to the official website of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the MAS has announced an agreement with Vietnam's State Securities Commission (SSC) today. They will collaborate and build capabilities together to protect the integrity and stability of both countries' capital markets, as well as promote interconnectivity between their markets.
