According to CME ‘Fed Watch’: the probability of the Fed keeping interest rates unchanged in March is 95.5%, and the probability of cutting rates by 25 basis points is 4.5%. The probability of keeping the current interest rate unchanged by May is 73.9%, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis point cut is 25.1%, and the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point cut is 1%.
