Elastos launches the public beta of its Bitcoin Layer2 network, BeL2's Arbiter network
On January 7th, the blockchain network Elastos announced the launch of its public beta version of the Arbiter network for its Bitcoin Layer2 network BeL2. The Arbiter node provides time-based transaction supervision and decentralized dispute resolution functions, allowing Bitcoin to remain on the mainnet while using smart contracts on EVM blockchain.
