Telegram CEO Durov's brother and co-founder also wanted by French authorities
According to U.S. political news site Politico, French authorities issued arrest warrants for Telegram CEO Pavel Durov and his brother Nikolai, also a Telegram co-founder, back in March. The document shows that the French investigation into Telegram is much broader and began months earlier than previously known.
