According to a report by Eleanor Terrett, a Fox Business journalist, the chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Rostin Behnam, stated that an Illinois court has confirmed that BTC and ETH are digital commodities as defined by the Commodity Exchange Act.
