The software upgrade of the dYdX Chain protocol to v5.0 has been approved by community voting, and is expected to be implemented on the evening of June 6th
The dYdX Foundation announced on the X platform that the dYdX community voted in favor of upgrading the dYdX Chain protocol software to v5.0, with a voting rate of 90%, and 98.5% of them cast affirmative votes. The software upgrade will be executed at block 17,560,000. This block is expected to be generated at 23:16 (UTC) on June 6th Beijing time. Validators are encouraged to prepare for this upgrade, including running Slinky sidecar v0.4.6 or later versions.
