U.S. presidential candidate Kennedy supports cryptocurrency and has purchased 21 Bitcoins
Media reports that at the Consensus 2024 conference in Austin, Texas, U.S. presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. expressed his views on Trump's guilty verdict and cryptocurrency. Kennedy stated that he will focus on economic and health issues, without involving legal disputes of Trump or Biden. Regarding Trump's new support for cryptocurrency stance, Kennedy expressed appreciation, believing it contributes to freedom and transparency. He hopes President Biden would also adopt a similar position. Kennedy pointed out that the key issue with U.S cryptocurrency regulation lies in transaction freedom and transparent currency. He pledged to protect consumers from fraud while ensuring America maintains its leading position in Blockchain technology. He revealed that he bought 21 bitcoins during his campaign period and three coins for each child. Kennedy also expressed his vision of using cryptocurrencies as transaction currencies, advocating not to impose capital gains tax on them His campaign goal is to allow people to freely use cryptocurrencies for daily transactions.
