News on May 28, Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, stated in a post, "No one knows exactly when the US SEC will approve the spot Ethereum ETFS-1 (registration statement), but I expect it to be approved within the next few weeks. At most 2 to 3 months. Now it's just a matter of how long the SEC wants to delay."
