Sources: SEC discusses S-1 filing with Ethereum ETF applicant
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, according to sources, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has initiated discussions with potential Ethereum ETF issuers regarding S-1 registration statements.
While the revised Form 19b-4 has been filed, there has been little progress so far on the Form S-1.
