Notcoin: Over 1 billion NOT has been donated to Telegram founders and Telegram

Golden Finance reported that Notcoin issued a statement stating that 1,030,383,291.36 NOT (USD 6.8 million) had been sent as a donation to Telegram founder Pavel Durov and Telegram.
