In the past 24 hours, contracts worth $143 million have been liquidated across the network, primarily short positions
PANews reported on May 16th that data from Coinglass shows that in the past 24 hours, $143 million worth of contracts were liquidated across the entire cryptocurrency market. A total of 54,366 people were liquidated, with long positions accounting for $43.4527 million and short positions accounting for $99.2703 million. The total amount of BTC liquidations was approximately $52.725 million, while ETH liquidations amounted to about $21.5207 million.
