PANews reported on May 7th that former U.S. federal prosecutor James K. Filan shared the latest developments in the SEC's case against Ripple on platform X. The SEC has submitted sealed documents, which include its remedial response brief and supporting evidence. These documents have not yet been made public. A modified version that is open to the public will be submitted before Wednesday, May 8th, 2024. Other files related to the seal will be submitted subsequently.
