On May 6, Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms recently released its April 2024 operating report. The main points are as follows: - As of April 30, the online computing power was 7.0EH/s, a year-on-year increase of 40% and a month-on-month increase of 8%; - The average online computing power was 6.1EH/s, a month-on-month increase of 7%; - 269 BTC were produced, a month-on-month decrease of 6% and a year-on-year decrease of 29%; - 245 BTC were sold, with a total income of US$16.1 million; - BTC reserves increased to 830, which is equivalent to US$50.9 million based on the price of US$61,300 on April 30, 2024. In addition, with the installation of the Paso Pe primary mining machine and the power-on of the entire mine scheduled to take place in May, the company expects the computing power to reach 21 EH/s in 2024.
