Franklin Bitcoin ETF application changes cash subscription deadline
According to news on April 23, Cboe BZX Exchange submitted a proposal to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to modify the previously approved Franklin Bitcoin ETF. Specifically, the cutoff time for cash basket orders is modified from 3 p.m. ET to 2 p.m. ET, the close of regular trading on the exchange, or other time determined by the sponsor. The change is intended to provide fund sponsors with greater flexibility in determining subscription deadlines.
