Kennedy Jr. proposed that he hopes to put the entire US budget on the blockchain , saying the move would give every American “24/7 access to every budget item, anytime, anywhere.” This plan will allow for greater transparency and accountability, allowing taxpayers to see where their taxpayer dollars are being spent.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is a major advocate of Bitcoin and blockchain and one of the few presidential candidates to support Bitcoin and decentralized technology over the years. As previously reported, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said last year that he already held 14 Bitcoins. He also said that if he was elected president, he would exempt BTC from capital gains tax on the exchange of U.S. dollars.
