It provides premium wireless coverage with minimal data collection and promises to monetize data subscribers.Cape will use iPhone funding to build a mobile network with nationwide coverage that provides premium wireless coverage and, unlike traditional carriers, does not disclose personal information such as names, social security numbers and locations.
