Since the merger, the supply of ETH has decreased by 0.246%
According to data from CryptoQuant, by midweek, the total supply of Ethereum has dropped to its lowest level since August 2022. Shortly after that date, Ethereum underwent its most significant upgrade in history, transitioning from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake, an upgrade known as "the merge". In addition, the current rate of decline in ETH supply is the fastest since May 2023. According to Ultrasound.money data, over the past 30 days, ETH supply has been decreasing at a rate of 0.872% per year. In comparison, since the merge took place,the decrease rate was 0.246%.
