Genesis Settles SEC Lawsuit Over Its Earn Products

According to Bloomberg, Genesis, the bankrupt crypto lending platform, settled a lawsuit with the SEC over its Earn product. The lawsuit alleged that Genesis' Earn product amounted to the issuance of unregistered securities.
