Jupiter United Creation: May purchase JUP for market sponsorship instead of using project reserves

Jupiter's co-founder, Meow, tweeted that JUP is a very valuable resource and will be used strategically to promote the Jupiter project. The use of JUP will be discussed with the community, but there won't be any random free distribution. If sponsoring any market activities, they may directly purchase JUP on the market instead of using project reserves.
