Bitcoin L2 MAP Protocol announces strategic investment from Alchemy Pay. Alchemy Pay Co-Founder Shawn Shi stated that they are pleased to strategically invest in MAP Protocol, both parties share a common vision and passion, committed to jointly building a new generation of decentralized financial applications and ecosystems based on Bitcoin. Established in 2019, MAP Protocol is a Bitcoin L2 for peer-to-peer cross-chain interoperability, leveraging the security mechanism of Bitcoin to achieve BRC20 cross-chain capabilities. Alchemy Pay is a payment solution provider with partners including Mastercard, Visa, GooglePay, ApplePay etc. Previously, MAP Protocol also received strategic investments from institutions such as Waterdrop Capital, Alpha Token Capital, LK Ventures and Bitrise Capital,Ticker Capital.
