JPMorgan: The US dollar has already fully reflected the prospect of declining inflation, and it is expected that further weakening of the US dollar will be meaningless
According to Jinshi's report, JPMorgan Chase's foreign exchange strategist stated that although uncertainty still exists, the US dollar has already fully reflected the prospect of declining inflation. Therefore, it is meaningless to expect further weakness in the US dollar. JPMorgan Chase pointed out in the report that the responsibility to confirm this statement still lies with the data. That is why they believe that chasing a decline in the US dollar has no value when economic growth and yields outside of the United States are still facing challenges. JPMorgan Chase maintains a bullish outlook on the US dollar and expects it to rise. They also mentioned that if market reassesses expectations for interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve this year, then there may be strength in the US dollar.
