DeFi Technologies acquires crypto research firm Reflexivity Research

On January 9th, it was announced that Canadian listed company DeFi Technologies has acquired cryptocurrency research company Reflexivity Research through a 100% stock transaction. It is reported that the company was co-founded by Anthony Pompliano, co-founder of Morgan Creek Digital, and Will Clemente, founder of cryptocurrency analysis firm Reflexivity Research, with the aim of providing tailored cryptocurrency native research for traditional financial investors. According to a statement released by DeFi Technologies, the mother company has signed a binding letter of intent (LOI) for the acquisition, but has not disclosed the specific acquisition amount. Under the terms of the agreement, DeFi Technologies will acquire all issued and outstanding securities of Reflexivity Research in exchange for 5 million common shares of DeFi Technologies ("Payment Shares").
