BlackRock Resubmits Application for Spot Bitcoin ETF, Will Have Coinbase Provide Market Oversight
BlackRock has re-filed its BlackRock Spot Bitcoin ETF application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through Nasdaq, adding new details to its ETF for direct investments in bitcoin, including market oversight by Coinbase, according to Bloomberg.
As previously reported, the SEC said the application documents for the spot bitcoin ETF filed by asset managers such as BlackRock and Fidelity Investments were not sufficient.
