ARK Invest Has Revised Its Bitcoin Spot ETF Application
Eric Balchunas, senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, said in a social media post that ARK has modified its Bitcoin Spot ETF application 19b-4, which includes the inclusion of a supervisory sharing agreement between the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and a cryptocurrency trading platform (likely Coinbase), and since ARK Invest's Bitcoin Spot ETF application is older than BlackRock's, this modification may push it into the lead for SEC approval.
